Steps to Apply at Eagles Nest Christian School for 2025

Step 1:   Contact 015-263 6067/8 or email reception@encs.co.za  for application details, an application form and a parent interview form.

Step 2:    Application Forms
                 Send the following list back to reception@encs.co.za

1. Application form- (learners’ current school to complete, stamped and signed by the current principal)
2. Parents’ interview form completed by parents
3. Latest School Report 2024
4. Copy of Birth Certificate

Step 3:    Aptitude Test
        After the school has received the documentation in Step 2  

         The school will send you the available Aptitude test DATES.
         NB!! When you come for the aptitude test, please bring the original documents for the necessary authentication.

Step 4:  The school will contact you with the results.

If your application is approved, the school will send you the official Registration form and further details.

Step 5: Submit the following in person at the School OFFICE

( Accounts will do the final approval with parents)

1. Registration form signed by parents/ accounts details.
2. Salary advice/3-month bank statements
3. Copy of Parents/Guardian ID
4. Copy of medical aid card (if any)
5. Proof of payment of registration fee

Step 6:
Once the registration forms with additional documents have been submitted, the school will give you a letter of confirmation that your child is officially enrolled for the next the academic year at Eagles Nest Christian School.
